Ibritumomab consolidation after 3 cycles of CHOP plus radiotherapy in high-risk limited-stage aggressive B-cell lymphoma: SWOG S0313

Key points – Limited-stage diffuse large B-cell lymphoma has good outcomes with CHOP followed by radiotherapy but has a pattern of continuous relapses. Adding radioimmunotherapy consolidation results in outcomes that are at least as good as with rituximab added to CHOP and radiotherapy.
