Outcomes of CLL patients treated with sequential kinase inhibitor therapy: a real world experience

Toxicity was the most common reason for discontinuation of ibrutinib or idelalisib in treated CLL patients. Kinase inhibitor-intolerant patients, but less so those with CLL progression, can be successfully treated with an alternate kinase inhibitor.
