Summary of studies – significant progress has been made toward cure in this difficult population of patients with aggressive B-cell lymphoma who not only suffer from high-risk systemic lymphoma but also from concomitant or subsequent cental nervous system involvement, a condition that was almost unanimously fatal only a few years ago.
