Characterization of Real World Survival Outcomes Among Older Adults with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Receiving Second Line Treatment in the Pre Novel-Agents Era: An Analysis of the 2007-2013 SEER-Medicare Database

This study found poor survival in these older adults following initiation of second line CLL therapy treated in the pre-kinase / BCL-2 inhibitor era with about half who died within two years of initiating second line therapy.
