Efficacy of venetoclax in relapsed chronic lymphocytic leukemia is influenced by disease and response variables

Less durable responses are associated with bulky adenopathy, TP53 aberrations, NOTCH1 mutations, and prior refractoriness to B-cell receptor inhibitors.
