Salvage chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation for transformed indolent lymphoma

Key points – Patients with relapsed or refractory transformed indolent lymphoma and DLBCL have similar outcomes with salvage therapy and autologous SCT. This therapy should be considered the standard of care for previously treated transformed indolent lymphoma.
